The Secret-Truth Immunity Supplement Companies Don't Want You To Know

Let’s talk about immunity supplements.

What does the typical immunity supplement look like? Usually it’s something herbal like echinacea, garlic, propolis, curcumin, ginger, elderberry… the list goes on. 

Have you ever asked yourself...

'Why do I get sick all the time while others can’t even remember the last time they had the flu?!'

There are plenty of people who take zero herbal remedies and have healthy immune systems. An echinacea deficiency is unlikely to be at the root cause.

How could it be? Some of these herbal remedies only grow in certain parts of the planet. Before international trade began, were the people living outside these parts doomed to suffer from seasonal flu? Resigned to an increased COVID-19 risk?

The WHO estimates that at least one third of all people are affected by zinc deficiency. 16% of all respiratory tract infections are directly caused by zinc deficiency. The immune system has been shown to actively concentrate iodine into its cells. Could it be that the immune cells are concentrating iodine to help fight viruses & bacteria?

Nutrients like these aren’t commonly thought of as immunity vitamins but they’re clearly used by our immune cells. It’s a bad idea to not get enough of these.

If we’re trying to do everything we can for our immune system, it makes no sense to exclude these nutrients.

Supplement companies aren’t trying to do everything they can for your immune system. They’re trying to make a profit.

They avoid adding too many nutrients so they can cut costs and look different from the cheaper multivitamins. This comes at the consumer’s expense.
